The Glenn County Transportation Commission (GCTC) invites the submission of proposals by qualified accounting firms for 2016, 2017 and 2018 fiscal year audits and triennial performance audit of the selected funds under its jurisdiction; there are 13 separate funds. The audits shall be made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and shall include all procedures necessary for the retention of an opinion regarding the fairness of the presentation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
