CONTRACT ATTORNEY – PUBLIC DEFENDER SERVICES

The County of Glenn seeks experienced attorneys to provide indigent defense services under contract to the County.  These services include defense of minors and adults in all stages of proceedings in Superior Court.  In addition, the contractor may be called upon to represent potential or current conservatees under the Probate Code (commencing with Section 1400) and under the Welfare and Institutions Code (commencing with Section 5000).  Persons interested in being considered for this opportunity are invited to submit a cover letter and resume detailing their qualifications and experience no later than close of business on March 20, 2017.
