AS HEARD IN COURT APRIL 30, 2021

PEOPLE V. STEVEN DEHOYOS HERNANDEZ SR - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 368(b)(1), Elder Abuse Likely to Produce Great Bodily Injury and 243.9(a), Battery by Gassing and was found in violation of parole in a felony 69, Resist Police Officer by Force or Violence case. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sherrif's Office Deputies Johnsen, Lourenzo, Sheldon, and Ramos and Parole Agent Brewer.

PEOPLE V. RACHEL GENT- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of 69, Resist Officer with Force or Violence.  Defendant was sentenced to 16 months prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy McIntyre.

PEOPLE V. VIVIAN LEANISSA CRUZ - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 243.1, Battery on a Custodial Officer in 2 separate counts and incident and 69, Resist an Officer with Force or Violence. The Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault Likely to Cause Great Bodily Injury and misdemeanor 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 480 days jail, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Sheldon, Lourenzo, Alves, Reynolds, and Ramos, Corporals Snider and Berlier, and Lieutenant Gibbs.

PEOPLE V. MARIO MADRIGAL - Defendant was previously convicted of several misdemeanor violations of domestic violence causing injury a violation of Penal Code Section 273.5 pc and giving false information to a peace officer a violation of 148.9pc.   Defendant was sentenced to 365 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officers Permann and Ortiz.

PEOPLE V. ARMON WAYNE SKIDMORE - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Firearm and misdemeanor convictions of Health and Safety Code sections 11360(a), Transportation of Marijuana and 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine, and Vehicle Code Section 14601.3(e), Habitual Traffic Offender. Defendant was also found in violation of probation in 3 separate cases. Defendant was sentenced to 268 days jail, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

 PEOPLE V. JONATHAN BUSH - Defendant was previously convicted of several misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety code sections 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine, Penal Code sections 490.5(a) Shoplifting, and 496(a), Possession of Stolen Property. Defendant was sentenced to 210 days jail and probation was denied. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sherriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

PEOPLE V. RONALD HUFFMAN - Defendant was convicted of felony violation of Vehicle Code sections 20001(b)(2), Hit and Run with Injury and 23153(a), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Causing Injury. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Willows CHP Officer Nibert.

PEOPLE V. WILLIAM HEAVERIN - Defendant was previously convicted of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Firearm and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 5th time.  Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and PRCS was reinstated.  This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from  Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz. 

PEOPLE V. WILLIAM JARMAN - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision. Defendant was sentenced to 114 days jail and PRCS was terminated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Perry.
PEOPLE V. NAOMIE MONIQUE ORONA - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 2800.2(a) VC, Evading Police and Vehicle Code 10851(a), Automobile Theft and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz. 

PEOPLE V. ANTHONY MANCINELLI- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code sections 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officers Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. ERIC GRANCIO- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code sections 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officers Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. NICOLE NELSON- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, Second Degree Burglary and 273a(a), Child Endangerment. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail suspended on successful completion of probation and drug court. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lourenzo and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. SEIGE LILIANA GONZALEZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 182(a)/242, Conspiracy to Commit Battery. Defendant was sentence to 120 days jail suspended upon successful completion of 2 years of probation.  This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ramirez.

PEOPLE V. BRIDGET REED-NUTTER- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identity Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days stayed upon successful completion of probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Pinedo and Chief DA Investigator Knight.
