AS HEARD IN COURT APRIL 14, 2017

PEOPLE v. JARED, LISA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11379(a), Transportation of Methamphetamine, and misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code section 11550(a), Under the Influence of Narcotics, and Business and Professions Code section 4140, Possession of a Syringe. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 9th time and probation was terminated. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Carmon and Cessna and Glenn County Probation Officer Tompkins.

PEOPLE v. MEDINA, MARANDA- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11378, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales. Defendant was resentenced on her prior Glenn County prison term in addition to this case, for a total term of 2 years and 8 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from GLINTF Agent Tharp and Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Barnes.

PEOPLE v. SLIGAR, JOSHUA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 20001(b)(1), Hit and Run with Injury, and a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist, Obstruct, Delay a Peace Officer. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision and Probation and Probation was terminated. Defendant was sentenced to 349 days in Glenn County jail. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson and Officer Ayres and Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE v. JAIMES, CRYSTIN- Defendant was found in violation of mandatory supervision and sentenced to 120 days in Glenn County jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck.
