The final version of the Colusa Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) being presented for consideration of adoption is now available to view here.

A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 14 , 2021 at 1:30 p.m. to hear public comment on the Colusa Subbasin GSP. Following the Public Hearing, the Glenn Groundwater Authority will consider adoption of the Colusa Subbasin GSP.  The agenda will be posted to the meetings page when available.

A printed copy of the Colusa Subbasin GSP is available for viewing during regular business hours at the Glenn County Planning and Community Development Services Agency located at 225 North Tehama Street, Willows, CA 95988.
