AS HEARD IN COURT APRIL 21, 2017
PEOPLE v. FERNANDEZ, DAVES- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 21310, Possession of a Dirk or Dagger, and Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years and 8 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officers Moize, Tompkins, and Pfyl, Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson and Officer Carrillo, CHP Office Ovard, and Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Detective Blair.
PEOPLE v. MAHNKE, TIM- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days in county jail and 3 years of formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Willows Police Department Officer Thompson.
PEOPLE v. GUILL, DAVID- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11550, Under the Influence of Controlled Substance. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time and terminated from Proposition 36 Court. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days in county jail and probation was terminated. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Willows Police Department Officer Edgington and Glenn County Probation Officer Tompkins.
PEOPLE v. CHANEY, LARRY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 22210, Possession of a Billy Club. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, 3 years of formal probation, and 120 hours of community service. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre.
