AS HEARD IN COURT MARCH 20, 2020

PEOPLE V. MORO, MIGUEL- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Health and Safety Code section 11370.1(a), Possession of Methamphetamine with a Loaded Gun and Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Possession of a Firearm with a Felon with a Prior Strike. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Turner and T. Alves and Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson and Officer Fullmore. 

PEOPLE V. BUTTERFIELD, HANK- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Great Bodily Injury Likely. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 7th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. TARESH, ROBERT- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 422, Criminal Threats, 496(a), Possession of Stolen Property, and 530.5(a), Identity Theft and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 160 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. SEVERS, JOSIAH- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 529(a)(3) and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 84 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.
