Do you have a desire to serve your local community? Do you have a few hours to give back to folks that need transportation assistance? This may be the perfect volunteer opportunity for you!

The Volunteer Medical program provides transportation for qualified Glenn County residents who are unable to provide their own

transportation to and from medical appointments in Chico and certain surrounding areas.

If you have a reliable vehicle, proof of current vehicle insurance, proof of a good driving record, no criminal offenses and you are a non-smoker you may qualify to be a Volunteer Driver.

Drivers are reimbursed at the current federal mileage reimbursement rate and provided a daily stipend.
